Hi,
I have a new dell xps and since I started it for the first time this problem came out, 99% of a COM surrogate process.
Moreover a system window appears sometime and says: "your OS is not configured for this application" but I'm not able to understand which is.
Thank u for support

Hello,

Your PC isn't infected. What I was able to see is that you have some kind of issue with your Office package. Probably some activation issues or something similar. If you get it from Dell, you should contact their support.
