DNS Hijack

Hello,
i want to change my dns address i I have tried and tried to change my DNS settings to use quad9.
but i cannot change dns i think my dns is hijacked.
whenever i try to change dns it just come back to 127.7.7.5

i have run zemana scan,emsisoft ...not fixing.

Yes I'm using heimdal

Heimdal is doing that for its Traffic Scanning which is normal. How does DarkLayer Guard work?

and you are protected from dns hijacking since when you try putting quad9 it reverts back to the 127.xxx

If you want to use quad9 you can set it on your router, this way all devices connected to your router benefits from quad9.

use this tutorial instead of putting nortons dns put quad9 dns
