Do you customize OS appearance?

As my OS is Windows 10 thus no any 3rd party uI customization needed. The actual standard can already provide satisfaction for majority of users and you are free for possible issues.

Agree 100%. All the customisation programs I've used on earlier windows versions have broken one thing or another. So now sticking to what Microsoft has provided.
Although I do use Listary as a launcher because I can't abide using the desktop or the menu to launch apps.
