Nowadays (as far as I know), all AV engines include an AS engine. So, Kaspersky should protect you all round. You don't need anything extra (with the exception for MBAM Pro or SAS Pro for the ones who don't mind).
Just a FYI, Windows Vista and 7 have built-in Realtime AntiSpyware protection; Windows Defender. (Separate download for Windows XP).
Note: Microsoft Security Essentials disables Windows Defender, that should give you a good indication that an AV succeeds AntiSpyware programs.
I've never heard of PC Tools Anti-Spyware, unless it's Spyware Doctor you speak of. Mind you it's not free, and if resource and RAM usage concerns you, bests to not use PC Tools.
