If I recall correctly, previously, you can only add an exclusion once a threat is detected. Is it still the same or does it now give you the option to add exclusions to certain folders in advance?

They do nothing! I've had to put the ATC on take no action because it insists on removing Windows programs that are safe but which it flags as malware. FPs are annoying.
