Ok, got it; you cannot delete the default taskbar with controls.

In the latest version, you can actually delete the top / default taskbar with controls, then the next one down will take over as default. The only limitation now is that the user cannot delete the last taskbar

Yeah, that was the thing was that they did not discover TB in my area until I had already been coughing and sneezing for 3-4 weeks. I am essentially 100% now... but if I would have known at the time, I certainly would have went to the doc. It is kinda like when I take my dog to the vet... You cannot create a link for websites by dragging and dropping.
The website links are working for .url and .html files... you must be using a file with a different extension. If so, what is the extension? If it is a .url or .html file, how did you create the shortcut? That way I can reproduce the error.

Yes, but we will want to make this optional, mainly because I have noticed that it is pretty uncommon for me to use TB+ for several things at once... but it would be super convenient for it to be able to handle more than on action without minimizing when we need it to. Otherwise, if most users mainly use TB+ for single actions, then we want to keep it the way it is, that way we can optimize the number of clicks. In other words... yes, lets figure out how to optimize the number of clicks the best we can
I simply meant that essential functions should be in the right-click menu, while appearance customizations could be in settings.
Thank you, I appreciate that! Yeah, I know exactly what you are talking about. What is odd is that I got it so the taskbar icon would change color when the computer settings were changed from and to light / dark mode, but when the icon was pinned to the taskbar, it would always turn back to white. So maybe the answer is to just have two different versions of TaskbarPlus... one for light mode and one for dark. Either way, I will play around with this some more in the next few days and figure something out, thanks again!
After playing with this a bit, I think what is happening is that when the TB+ app icon is pinned to the Windows Taskbar, the icon automatically changes to the actual icon of the TB+ app.
