Question Does Norton Power Eraser scan archives? (zip, rar, etc)

Just wanted to make sure. I use it instead of HitmanPro as a second-opinion, on-demand scanner. It says the folder is clean but I want to make sure it can absolutely scan and read archives. Thanks
