I cannot update my Emergency Tool Kit for the past 24 hours and there site is down.

Well the homepage of emsisoft was back.

Site is different now. They must have down for those reasons.

You could have used Down For Everyone or Just Me, although sometimes it's hit'n'miss.

No the entire site was down. Was down at my girl friends, my condo and at work. Now its up and running.
