no wireless driver

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

downloaded dell driver

when i press Alt+X the wireless tray not coming and i also downloaded driver from dell.com it says 'kindly on ur wireless switch' I am not able to search any wireless network ie wifi & my bt is not working

can you tell the company of wifi adapter?
operating system ?

One of the main steps is to check in Device Manager if its registered under network category.

Other reason could be wireless adapter has not been plugged in properly. In that case you will have to open the casing and fix it manually. Or let a technician do it.

3dp chip app shows that ethernet card not detected i think i have to show it to technician

In the future this program will tell you the exact driver that you need, if anything is missing. You will need to search for it manually but it is something I have used for a few years now, it has yet to be wrong.
