You can run programs with limited rights using AppGuard (Guarded Apps), COMODO's HIPS & sandbox, Kaspersky (Low and High Restricted), Sandboxie, Simple Software Restriction Policy, SpyShelter (Restriced Apps), or ReHIPS (isolated environment).
