Troubleshoot EagleGet Problem

I can't use EagleGet's extension . I'm always having this error:

Also, I don't see the 2 plugins of EagleGet (EagleGet and EagleGet UCM) in chrome://plugins. I've tried to uninstall and re-install it (about 5x) but it's still doesn't work. Help!

I have installed EagleGet on my system, and it worked perfectly (by this I mean that it has installed the Chrome extension). Did you close your browser while installing this software. ?
Also, you can use Revo uninstaller (using Advance mode) to remove its registry keys, then re-install the software.
