Advice Request Edge stopped downloading files

Hello. I have an interesting problem. Edge does not upload files of any format. A file is being downloaded, which ends with an error - "failed to check for viruses". Disabling SmartScreen does not help, reinstalling the browser does not help, just as various manipulations with settings and the registry do not help. How to deal with the problem? On the Microsoft site, I read a message from a person with a similar problem who tried 11 solutions, but could not solve this problem. Even returning the system to an earlier restore point did not help.
