Emsisoft Anti-Malware 5.1.0.16 was released :

Here are the main improvements :

• Updater bug fixed.
• “File not found” alert on malware removal problem fixed.
• Possible system freeze bug fixed.
• Added RAM disk support for Commandline Scanner.

Basically it's a maintenance release, and I don't think we will see any new features for version 5.
Everyone is expecting the public beta for v.6.

This release marked the start of the public 6.0 BETA a while back and was only available if you had the option to download beta updates selected. It had some changes in the updater and a few other components so that 6.0 can be downloaded and installed. Interestingly, if you declined downloading 6.0 a few times, it would then revert back to 5.1.0.16, but this has been changed since and 5.1.0.19 is now available as a "standalone".
