Advice Request Enable Core Isolation ?

I recently found help to remove a driver that's incompatible with Core Isolation, so now I can enable it and should I? Using Microsoft Defender with Hitman Pro, Anyone ever see this block attacks? My problem is I am a bit of a nut case when wanting to try something new, and I haven't had a virus in years, any true pros and con are appreciated .Thanks

Absolutely! It's what makes Chrome OS so secure. It's finally in macOS through Monterey. Nothing should be running in the kernel except signed Microsoft system processes.
