Normal giveaway of other companies seems included all services of their paid software. But maybe no future upgrade. So I think Cyberghost does the same, too

CyberGhost uses the the same trick every time they run a giveaway like this. They managed to give access for about 8 servers last year, but this year they have reduced the list. But with the servers reduced you wont experience any difference in the usage of the this application compared to the official paid app. You will get all the features except with limited countries proxy.
