Hi MT members.
This is my new security configuration.

That is about as light of a config you can get.
I might consider a couple on demand scanners and personally I prefer Zemana Antimalware to MBAM Premium for real time protection.
Windows 10 Security has much improved. +1 for being infection free!
I would consider some type of Data & System back up plans.

This. The only simplistic feature that I can think of to add an extra (small) layer of protection is enabling PUP detection for Windows Defender. Otherwise, you look rock solid.

Zemana Anti-Malware is not free. I'm from Iran and because of sanctions, I cant buy it

by using this registry tweak, you can have WD PUP detection enabled

Zemana Anti-Malware is limitless scanning. The only thing that happens when the trial expiries is no more protection from it but its still phenomenal.

Simple configuration yet effective, just focus to have your backup plan at all.
