As far as you don't indulge into unsafe browsing and keep away from USB drives, Windows defender is ok.
Any further, you should have a better real-time scanner.
And as mentioned by @TheMalwareMaster go for Zemana for on-demand. Much better than MalwareBytes.
Have uBlockOrigins, Bitdefender QuickScan, HTTPS everywhere and Bitdefender TrafficLight as addons for Chrome.
EDIT: Avira Browser Safety isn't supported in FF.
Be safe :)

Other than possibly adding another scanner like Zemana or Crystal Security nothing to add. WD should be well enough if you practice safe browsing habits. :)

I have a key for Emsisoft Anti malware. Its a good antivirus software.
EAM would be fine in your current config.

First consider some type of system & data back up solution. Macrium Reflect & AOMEI Backupper offer good free solutions.
You might consider an additional on demand scanner such as Zemana Antimalware and or ESET Online Scanner.
You have a good lite config which will be even more secure with a back up solution in place.
Thanks for sharing your config :)

You should use that :) over windows defender. Adding a backup solution even Windows backup would greatly help you case of any infections.
If you have a Emsisoft licence then it would be a waste not to use it. It would definitely provide greater protection than Windows Defender.
Personally I would recommend trying Voodooshield.

You may add like Voodoshield as your additional of protection.

As mentioned, Windows Defender is fine but it will vary based on your risk level.
