Error 521

I am the only one that lately has experienced errors 521 ?
"The web server is not returning a connection. As a result, the web page is not displaying."

Cloudflare ok
Browser ok

Yes, I've seen a few times this error today. I'm working with our hosting provider and Cloudflare to solve this issue.
