When I want to scan with KIS 2015 (custom, full, quick)
recive this message:
(Download 3 times KIS setup from original page and other source, and install in 2 system with a fresh windows 8.1 x64)

Did you consider to run the tool called GSI? Likely you need to deal from Kaspersky forum as they can determine more the situation that caused those problem. Actually users reported were didn't solved by just reinstallation, few stated it works strange.
