As you probably noticed, some time has passed since you last received a new build via the ESET Insiders Program.

Since then the first publicly available build of version 11 has been successfully launched in the first country - the Czech Republic, so far it seems as very successful release so credit goes to you as Insiders as well!
The build you have tested was similar to the one released in Czechia even though it was not marked as v.11, but it was based on its code.
The new version is based on the code from which the new version will be released in second wave of v.11 release and has version number 11.0.124.0.

Sadly we had to make a few more changes to the One installer, preventing us to make a seamless automatic in-product upgrade possible, so a manual upgrade is required.
The Dev team promised that the future version will be automatically upgradable, so we hope this is the last manual upgrade needed for a longer period of time.

Changelog:
-improved: support for visually impaired people – list reading added
-added: support for Chrome 61 for Banking and Payment Protection feature
-fixed: Upgrade from older versions where activation was not carried over
-fixed: Default product not correctly set during installation
-fixed: Language not correctly evaluated in some cases
-numerous bug fixes including the ones reported via Bug reports on CenterCode and those reported on ESET Security Forums

For have the soft in other language:
1. Install the soft in Czech or Slovak
2. Restart your PC in safe mode
3. open regedit
4. go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET\ESET Security\CurrentVersion\Info
5. In LanguageCode change the value to your language code (en_us, en_gb, fr-fr, it-it, es-es, etc...)
6. Find the local ID of your language
1033 for en_us
2057 for en_gb
1036 for fr_fr
1040 for it_it
1034 for es_es

7. Convert your local id with a Decimal to Hexadecimal Converter
8. In LanguageId change the value to your local ID (in hexadecimal)
409 for en_us
809 for en_gb
40c for fr_fr
40a for es_es
410 for it_it

Found something for v11 on ESET forums

The biggest improvement is the UEFI scanner for detecting advanced threats in UEFI which has replaced BIOS in modern systems. Other improvements include better support for screen readers, improved Connected Home Monitor, license managing via my.eset.com, Windows 10 RS3 compatibility, product upgrade or downgrade without reinstall as well as many other improvements and fixes under the hood.
