Not sure how you can use a fake address in India on Amazon, doesn't your Amazon address have to match your actual payment address? Please clarify how you did this, TIA.

According to what I can find you need to be on an India VPN to activate the ESET license from Amazon.in, but it should then work from any IP address. @tech_eng has confirmed the purchase and activation in posts above and that the license is valid, but don't know how you can be sure whether it may get cancelled at a later date.
