Eset smart Security 6

I 've so many problems with ESET SS 6 and so more with 7.

"error communicating with kernel" This message appears and my PC is blocked partially.

I've contacted the support service and I received this link

I've done the whole procedure but it does'nt work...

So I let down eset SS... If anybody have a soluce...
