If I did it would probably be smaller than you think. The reason I have against making summaries is that I do not want to appear biased towards any one product by writing a summary on what occurred. I do not think a neutral summary is possible other than listing new features (which could give people the impression that more features = better product). I leave it up to the user to create that summary on their own not out of laziness on my part.
