I want to know if i must take tweaks with eset hips for Osarmor integation

They run together fine with no tweaks. If you are a business, or paranoid, you could still check out the recommended settings for Ransomware, but for a home user that's not necessary.

I have lifetime license for Spyshelter (Firewall), included protection module HIPS, probably it's redundant as ESET includes also HIPS:
