Solved Excessive internet uploads

Computer is an iMac running Windows 7 under Parallels, and was asleep during the initial period. I do not know whether the issue is Windows or something else on the iMac. My router has not showed any unexpected devices in its connection list (which might have indicated outside wifi hacking).
