I should one of them only use for cosmetic filtering. Let filtering on host level be done by NextDNS or Adguard DNS (system wide). What is the best Adblocker: Ad-Guard or Ublock Origin?
Adguard Desktop + Adguard DNS covers it all. No need for any browser extension for ad-blocking.Then you don't need a second extension in your browser which reduce your attack surface.
It break TLS connections doesn't it?Adguard desktop
Yes it does. I use NextDNS but not through Adguard Desktop. The simple reason is that I used NextDNS before I bought (as a bargain) Adguard Desktop. But the combo Adguard Desktop + Adguard DNS is an attractive alternative. With only cosmetic ad-filtering and stealth (incognito) mode, Adguard Desktop complements NextDNS. No browser extension needed for ad-filtering.It break TLS connections doesn't it?
