Nice config! I'd recommend to replace Adblock and Adblock Plus with ublock origin.

Consider replacing both ABD/ABD+ with uBlock Origin.
Consider some type of system backup solution.
Both Macrium Reflect & AOMEI Backupper offer good free versions as well.

I recommend you to get some more on demand scanners like hitman pro , zemana anti malware free and / or malwarebytes anrti malware , emsisoft emergency kit. for more privacy ( less unwanted tracking ) you can swith your default search engine google to duckduckgo or startpage.com. thanks for sharing your config with us

UPDATE:
AdBlock/AdBlock+ out and uBlock Origin and uBlock Origin Extra installed
BitLocker Drive Encryption deployed and HDD fully encrypted (finally finished it - that's why Win 7 Enterprise is on)
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware deployed

Some backup solution will be next - will check those two You mentioned Trickster thx

Enabling Smartscreen would be a good option, unless you never use IE .
