Okay, I believe computer is running better (appeared to be after the first process cleaned up cookies/deleted files). Either way, I completed the Fix w/FRST and fixlog.txt is attached. Also performed Scan w/Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. That text file (scanlog.txt) is also attached. Checked task mgr, nothing suspicious there anymore. Computer responding quickly to all keystrokes again. Forgot to originally mention that the processes in task mgr had a file call "zfxxgjjfkd.exe Compaq-Admin " (at least were 5 running at a time), and all of those are gone now also. So, knowing more than the average person, but just enough to get me in trouble....would you consider this to have been a virus? Or just malware issue? Am I understanding correctly that malware makes your computer more vulnerable to receive viruses, or does it also make your computer easier to 'hack' into? Anything else I need to run? Thanks so far for your help.
