Solved Fake Windows Process Manager Virus

I got a couple weeks ago when installing a vst for fl studio I accidentally clicked install on a "free spotify crack" it was fine for a little while now it is really bad. If you could help it would mean the world to me.

I know there is a virus on my computer because when I scan the contents of the folder it comes up with virus for 42 of the anti-viruses, also I can not access the folder as the picture shows, I can not install trojan killer to remove it and I can not reset my pc.

Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit to your desktop.
  • Double-click the icon to start the tool.
  • It will ask you where to extract it, then it will start.
    • If it didn't start, locate mbar folder on your Desktop and double click on mbar.cmd

  • Warning! Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit needs to be run from an account with administrator rights.
  • Click in the introduction screen "next" to continue.
  • Click in the following screen "Update" to obtain the latest malware definitions.
  • Once the update is complete select "Next" and click "Scan".
  • When the scan is finished and no malware has been found select "Exit".
  • If malware was detected, make sure to check all the items and click "Cleanup". Reboot your computer.
  • Open the MBAR folder and paste the content of the following files in your next reply:
    • "mbar-log-{date} (xx-xx-xx).txt"
    • "system-log.txt"

I really appreciate your help but I think i'm going to have to reinstall windows, nothing anti-virus will install nor can I reset my pc.
