App Review False positive test : Avast Free Antivirus 2014 ( modified settings )

It is advised to take all reviews with a grain of salt. In extreme cases some reviews use dramatization for entertainment purposes.

I understand but no interest, this is my opignon.
A regular user would not enable Hardened Mode and set it to aggressive,no way.And to set Avast this way and test it against harmless files to prove what?Yep,useless,100% agree with you.

False positive tests help to know which anti-virus do the most FPs.
So it's not useless.
An anti-virus with 100% rate but 50% fp, it's not helpful.

We all know (well,maybe not all of us) that Avast is one of the AV with very low FPs.If you want to modify settings and play with harmless files just for fun,i wouldn't call this test helpful at all.
