Hello, Welcome to MalwareTips.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.
===

This is one of the worst infection I have ever seen. Will start with this fix.
We may be dealing with a rootkit infection. Will see.

I see some crack program on this computer if you want me to continue to help I request that you delete them. I do not want to see any in your next logs.

The first think I want you do to is to edit your HOSTS file of this line.
127.0.0.1 telemetry.malwarebytes.com

How to:

Delete the line and save the Hosts file.

Then:

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.
===

Run a scan with the Farbar program.

Please Attach in you next reply the the Fixlog.txt, FRST.TXT and Addition.txt for may review.

Let me know what problem persists

after installing malware bytes, when I click the icon it says Explorer. exe error saying the shortcut cannot be accessed , you may have inappropriate permissions.

Hi,

I.m not sure but some of the commands from the Fixlist.txt were possibly not executed.

Uninstall and reinstall Malwarebytes using the Malwarebytes Support Tool
Follow the instructions on this page.

Restart the computer normally.
Let me know if the program works for you now?
----

In order too continue please let me know what problems you are having running this computer.

Hello,
I did try the malwarebyte support tool but it doesnot help. i get the same error about permissions.
But i did run eset online scan and i have installed the kaspersky security and they say the system is clean on scan. So i think i will just skip malwarebytes for now.

Hi,

It must be blocked by a policy.
Let's see what we can find in the <<< Registry. >>>

Run the Farbar program .exe as an Administrator.

In the Search text area, copy and paste the following:
Malwarebytes
Once done, click on the Search Registry button and wait for FRST to finish the search
On completion, a log will open in Notepad. Copy and paste its content in your next reply

Hi,

I suggest you start a new topic in the Malwarebytes forum.
An expert will have a look at what may be preventing MBAM to run.

You may have to register in order to post for help.

Create a new topic in this forum.

Before you do please download MALWAREBYTES MBST Support Tool

Once you've started it, click on Advanced >>> then on 'Gather Logs' the logs
Have patience until the end of the race.

Please attach mbst-grab-results.zip to your response

It will help the helper.

Good luck.
