Like many others, I have the FFF5ee.com /Com Surrogate issue. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. I tried to install the file you recommend for getting computer files to you, but Norton 360 blocked the file and won't let me install. I noticed this a few weeks ago. Something occurred with my Office 2013 files on October 18th. My husband runs the same program, as we both got it from his work, but he has no issues. I had also installed PC Stitch around that time, but have since deleted that file. My husband ran Norton 360 today with no findings but I keep getting messages that trojan files from FFF5ee are being blocked. I keep ending process on the COM Surrogates so that I can use the computer.
