My husband received an email in his yahoomail and when he opened the attachment it was a spam. We didnt realise then but later noticed all the files in the system have been encrypted with a virus named Cryptolocker. All the folders have a "How to restore" file which is asking me to pay money to get my files decrypted. I do not have a backup of my data and cannot let go of my files.
Could you please help.
