I just installed Filezilla today, but turns out that I installed the malware version. I see a black bar at the top of my screen like in the attached image. My bitdefender didn't find anything and Clam AV is running right now. Please see the attached FRST log files.

Thank you for any help!

I just want to follow up. I found that filezilla installed webdiscover browser. I uninstalled it through add/remove programs.

Scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.
  • Install the progam.
  • Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Start Scan.
  • If threats are detected, click the Quarantine Selected button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
  • Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the Reports tab.
  • Double-click the Scan Log.
  • At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.
Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.

It's all good I think. At least I haven't noticed any indication of a compromised system, but it's easy to be paranoid after accidentally installing malware.
