Confusing! I read from several articles on the web that Microsoft representatives said that even pirated Windows copies (Windows 7-8.1) will receive a free upgrade!
Is it really true that they have changed it already? In the Get Windows 10 tray icon, it says that my FREE upgrade is reserved. (I'm not using genuine license)That's because Microsoft says something one minute and changes it the next.
....And a key isn't that much at all.

What if the license is OEM?
Can I upgrade to Windows 10 directly without problems?
Is the manufacturer the one to give Windows 10 to OEM license users?
Thanks!Well a lifetime license (OEM) is observe when upgrade to WIndows 10 but one of the conditions to follow:
1) Expect that during the process of installation and upgrades, OEM application may remove so better manual to install if you are one of them.
You have? The only mention of that I've seen was for xp users in China.Confusing! I read from several articles on the web that Microsoft representatives said that even pirated Windows copies (Windows 7-8.1) will receive a free upgrade!
4. OEM applications which usually come preinstalled in branded computer systems, may be removed during upgrade.
5. If Windows 10 setup finds incompatible software in your system, it'll ask for your permission to uninstall them. You'll have to accept the removal request to upgrade to Windows 10.
Thank you!
