New Update Firefox extension to increment downloaded file names?

Is there a Firefox Quantum extension or Greasemonkey script that can automatically add an incrementing number to downloaded file names? For example, if downloading multiple photos all named "image.jpg" it would automatically number them image001, image002, etc. I have a medical problem that makes it difficult for me to repeatedly type numbers after each file name, especially when I'm downloading hundreds of similar-named files from places like Listal or Startpage image search.

Any download manager would probably do this. For example, Internet Download Manager names them like, "image.jpg", "image_1.jpg", "image_2.jpg", "image_3.jpg".
