Something I have always said,

No matter how expensive / feature rich your Phone / Tablet is, a Mobile device can never outdo a Computer.

eight, I completely agree. My "..saving a bundle of money by getting a lumia instead!" was a humorous exaggeration as unlikely as stumbling upon lush orange groves in the heart of the Sahara!
Windows 10 may possibly edge out my cell phone use just as Windows 7, 8.1, and the lubuntu system I'm currently typing from have already served in doing.

Assuming it's a free upgrade from Windows 8.1 Update 1, then yes, but I'll update after a few weeks to a month.
