It looks more like a brother of enterprise version for family.I don't like automated things in some part of my computer operations coz i have a time for my sweat lappy but yes it should be helpful for non techi persons or they don't have a time to look in to their computers issue.Patch manegment looks like a good feature i think microsoft also consider to add this feature to their os to stop bad update patches.I think one who usually visits MalwareTips can save this 5 $ by doing all this manually what fixico offers

MalwareVirus, They already do, Windows Update. Windows Store notifies users of updates, but doesn't auto-update, but that's a feature coming to Windows 8.1.
