Social browser Flock has pulled the plug on its service, telling users that support for the product will end on 26 April.
The search engine, which was initially based on Mozilla's Firefox before switching to Chrome's engine, had a small but devoted following.
“Since no further security updates will be provided to keep you safe on the web, we encourage all Flock users to upgrade to Chrome of Firefox,” the company said on its website.
“Its sync and social networking features will no longer work and the browser will not have the latest security and privacy updates made available.”
