Forget Firefox vs. Chrome: IE8's the issue

It doesn't matter whether Chrome or Firefox is more widely used, as long as IE8 continues to be the newest Internet Explorer available for Windows XP.

IE8 isn't not bad at all, since it have a good smartscreen technology that rather effective with fine speed just only the addons that not widely spread on that browser.
