Troubleshoot Forticlient install

Hello

Today I tried to install Forticlient in Shadow mode. It seemd like it was taking a while so I left for about three hours and when I came back it was still stuck at 2/3 install. I tried to reboot to exit out of Shadow mode and my computer was just stuck on boot. I had to push power button to shut down. Then I could boot up again. Is there something about installing Forticlient in Shadow mode?

what other security suite do you have installed?
something could be conflicting?

Could be a compatibility issue with running certain software in Shadow Mode?

I had all software disabled during install except for malwarbytes. not sure if I trust installing it out of shadow mode

Every Time I've installed Forti on a real machine the installation has been flawless. So, I'm guessing it's something to do with SD.
