Hey all :)

Here are a list of free recorders

  • BB Flashback is a good free recorder and that I recommend if you want to have decent free recorder.
  • Expression Encoder 4 (not pro) is very good if you want to save space on your harddisk but you can only record for 10min.
  • Capturefox is an addon for FF. I haven't tried so I don't know it.
  • Communityclips is something. if someone has tried tell me and I will add it here
  • Go View is in beta state so try it on your own risk or on a WM machine
  • Procaster is available for Mac and windows. If someone has tried it let me know
  • Screentoaster exists for all OS. if you have tired it share your experience.
  • Wink looks promising.


If I have forgotten a good recording application tell me and it will be added.

Thanks for the tip. Since It's a paid software it will therefore not come in the list.
 
I currently use the Microsoft Expression software(s). The free version has a 10 minute cap. limit.
