VPNTunnel & Anonine are registered to Domains By Proxy (based in Arizona,US) which is owned by GoDaddy.
FrootVPN is registered to Name SRS AB which is a Swedish domain name management company.
At the very least, don't bother with more than one of them as the service is identical as far as I can tell.
