Frozen "apply action" button on MSE

I noticed severe threats on the PC and started using MSE to find the specific threats. I was almost done with the process, and MSE detected 10 threats. After going to tutorial websites, I tried to use the "apply actions" button to remove the threat, but the "apply actions" button is disabled.
