  1. Download GData Internet Security 2012 Free 120 days OEM version from this link. [Official Link is dead so I have found a duplicate]
  2. Install it. During installation, select “Trial version”. You will be able to use G Data Internet Security 2012 Free of charge for 120 days.

  3. Once you have activated the G-Data Internet Security 2012 free 120 day trial then download GData Internet Security 2014 trial version from here and install it over the previous version (DO NOT uninstall G Data Internet Security 2012). You will be asked to “update from 2012 to 2014″.
  4. G Data Internet Security 2014 will be automatically activated with 120 days trial serial key

Did you check your Spam folder? In my case, the email was in there, anyway here is basically the download link that I've got from them:
