Why no backups? Add a system image backup software like Macrium or Aomei free. Also do data backups on external hard drive or on cloud.

I recommend a security copy program, such as Macrium Reflect or AOMEI Backupper in its Free versions.
It is also good to have scanner on demand as Zemana and Emsisoft kit.
An ad blocker like Adguard or Ublock Origin and HTTPS Everywhere.

Backing up the system helps you reinstall from unexpected troubles. There are lots of backup software that gets a high reputation, so please consider it.

I've added the following extensions [HTTPS Everywhere,uBlock origin]
I will create a backup on the cloud once I decide on which program to do that probably from the programs you guys suggested.

EDIT: I did add now Zemana Anti-malware with turned off real time protection as I will use It only as on-demand scanner. and also have Emsisoft kit.

EDIT 2: I've downloaded and Installed AOMEI Backupper beta 4.5 and I'm doing a full backup of windows and files etc whatever that Is needed.

Please don't use beta products to run Image System Backup, it may contains bugs
