Giannis's Configuration

very nice config,my suggestion is to add another browser just to be sure and a password manager to secure your passwords when you are online. Thanks for sharing

Good setup, just becareful on doing computer habits since its fresh to you on having last infection.

True, though I use them both. Reason behind this is Emsisoft's outstanding behavior blocker and ESET's signatures/web blocking. I'm thinking of disabling Emsisoft's file guard and surf protection so they don't cause conflicts with ESET + they are already covered by it and keep its behavior blocker only active.

Updated.

- Added Google Chrome as second browser.

- Got an external HDD for backup.

- Added Zemana Antimalware for on demand scanning.

- Removed MBAM from real time protection.

- Added WOT.

- Had a real struggle between using either ESS 8 or EIS. I love EIS's zero day protection thanks to its behavior blocker but ESS 8's web filtering and signatures (firewall too) are amazing. Therefore I have decided to use both by disabling File Guard/Surf Protection/Firewall from EIS and keep only the Behavior Blocker enabled, rest on ESS 8 are enabled. Results: No system slowdown, EIS only uses around 5 MB of RAM (http://gyazo.com/19596a14b2e0bc06eab8c32234e56874).
