They must be out of their minds...

While I really like GlassWire, it is a very limited product - for example - it will only prompt the user on an app's initial outbound network connection... and no subsequent connections. There are other user-unfriendly limitations beyond this. It adds very little to overall security...

The freeware version was\is useful during malware testing, but to me that's about it.

In comparison, one can purchase BiniSoft's Windows Firewall Control for $10/Lifetime license, unlimited installs. It doesn't have the pretty graphics, but for outbound network configuration it is simply powerful.

Wow, such a ridiculous price; equivalent to an AV/IS flagship products range 1-3 years license. I think the developers needs a huge maintainance fee from all expenses.

The UI looks great, I've been using the free version for sometime now and I really like it, what I don't understand is who would buy it at this overpriced rates. The pro versions might have slightly better functions but it's really not worth $149 for a year. Maybe if they make it a 1 time payment for a lifetime licence it's some what reasonable.

There is a free version of GlassWire (I'm using it). It's a light package and it uninstalls cleanly, not much risk in trying it.

As far as price goes, it isn't a subscription price, so it is far cheaper than most commercial products and try to compare it to a direct competitor.
