Briefly explain your current issue(s)
Right-clicking on Chrome on the taskbar only shows "Google Chrome, Unpin from Taskbar, Close All Windows"
Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful
Full uninstall. Deleted all "Google" folders and files, deleted all "Google" registries. Reinstall, still same thing.
It used to be that the context menu would also show "Incognito" and some History too.

Did you restart PC after installing Chrome? Try that now.

Settings > Personalisation > Start > Enable: Show recently items in Jump Lists or the taskbar.
Browse a few sites using Chrome.
Do you see Most Visited, Recently Closed and Tasks?

Delete shortcut from Taskbar and replace with shortcut from chrome.exe
Does this have any affect?
