Can't see special characters using Google Chrome

Hello everyone! Since installing windows pro 8.1 days ago and after having installed Google Chrome (Last version), I have noticed that some special characters (attached images) is good or not as they should. Someone could help me? Thanks in advance!

I don't think so, the problem is only with some special ASCII characters or some other language. ex: Arabic, Japanese... I could see them properly before, but not now.

Yes, i have re-installed Google Chrome and still get this errors with ASCII/special characters/symbols.
